About
I'm Adam Karnes, a former homeschool student and a current homeschool dad. I'm fascinated by business and careers, and how these areas are changing today and will continue to change in the future. I'm a firm believer that students and their parents should start exploring careers earlier, rather than waiting until after the K-12 years.
The variety of my educational and vocational background gives me the opportunity to share from a range of perspectives. I've been fortunate enough to experience vocational training through apprenticeship, traditional college education leading to academic work, and the world of independent business through freelancing.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife Katie and my three girls. We love board games and exploring new places, both in our home state of Oregon and elsewhere.
